  The staff is pretty friendly and it is possible to find good things here, but their buying process could use some improvement in my opinion. They do not seem to have much brand knowledge beyond huge labels, and have repeatedly passed on my items by Anthro, Philosophy, Equipment, etc. They provide an arbitrary reason for rejecting items, including "stained". I don't know about most people, but I would not bring a stained item in for someone else to buy. And it's interesting that they cite these phantom stains, when torn, pilled, and stained clothing can be found all over the store. I've personally gotten a sweater home only to realize that there are telltale makeup stains on the collar -- not mine, since I do not wear foundation. I've taken my rejected, "stained" items to another consignment store where they were purchased without hesitation. Overall, I would suggest that you only shop here if you have the time and patience to inspect every potential purchase carefully. As for selling, there are other consignment stores that will offer you a better price and accept more of your items.
