  I cant believe i wasted so much time and money with the "V" word store. I wont mention any names but there initials are "Verizon". I cant count the times that i went to one of there locations for service and Every time it was a chore. Waiting hours for help from some smart ass that didnt want to help unless you were buying a new phone or accesory so they could make commission! Please take some advise from me...DO BUISNESS WITH THE SPRINT STORE IN MOORESVILLE , RIVER HY/150 WITH SETH OR DANIEL! I went in my first time 3 months ago because i was just fed up with verizon . I aksed around to several friends to find out how there service was as far as dropping calls etc but evereyone i found that was using sprint bragged about there clear calls so i decided to give them a try. I walked in the River city store and Seth greeted me with no wait. Signed me up, and CUT MY BILL IN HALF! He took the time to transfer all my info and even helped me recover passwords all with a smile and Great Attitude! My coverage was MUCH BETTER AND MORE CLEAR and my dad had horrible coverage with verizon where he lived, I brought him in and seth and Daniel took the time to add him to my account. He got a new I phone and service for 1/2 the price he was paying for just his service with verizon! They also helped him transfer all his info and got him all straight on his passwords again all with a smile and great attitude. I cant praise Seth and Daniel enough! I just spent 15 mins on the phone with Daniel because i had forgotten my apple id password and again, with a great attitude he talked me through it and even helped me start this new google account! UNMATCHED SERVICE! AWESOME CLEAR CALLS! 1/2 THE PRICE! I WAS ABSOLUTLEY FOOLISH TO STAY WITH VERIZON SO MANY YEARS! THANKS SETH FOR THE INITIAL GREETING WITH ME, THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF MY 77 YEAR OLD DAD AND THANK YOU DANIEL FOR ALL YOUR TECH SUPPORT. I just cant say enough good things about these guys! please keep up the unmatched service! Sincerely pleased, Ken Frady Jr

  DERRICK is the man. Easy going guy that will help you to the end of the earth. I hate cellphone stores. It's almost like going to the dentist. He went above and beyond in my opinion helping me and another customer out. If your looking for someone who is gonna listen and take care of you then DERRICK is the man!! Thanks for a great visit.
