  Dennis (the owner) is incredibly professional and sells a high quality product. He showed up on time to my house to provide the free estimate and was courteous when we told him we would call him after all the estimates came in. He was able to schedule us quickly and we could not be happier with the carpet he installed. Every day the crew cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace they had ever been in my home (other than the beautiful new carpet). I cannot say anything negative about my experience, and I would recommend Ideal Flooring to anyone!!

  Great customer service. Had a problem with our floors (previous install from different company) and they came out the day I called and fixed our issues! Definitely will recommend and go with this company when we redo our flooring!
