  I went to EA 10 minutes before closing and an employee told me that she was not able to assist me because her system was already closed out. Upon asking for the owner's info and receiving it, I sent the owner an email detailing all of the events that occurred. Within 20 minutes of sending the email, I got a call from the owner. Not only did she accept responsibility for her employee but she also did not make excuses. I would recommend this location to anyone because the owner really cares about her customers and her business. Thank you Sherri and Helen!
