  In June/July 2014 had carpet installed in two rooms, loft/landing and a couple small closets. Thought all was ok, but should have trusted my "gut" uncomfortable feelings almost 3 years ago.. nothing but bad since. Installers were in a rush..pulled out old, did not vacuum or clean bare (dusty and dirty) floor and laid down new padding and carpet. Off they went.. as fast as they could. Over time humps appeared, carpet lifted and has ALREADY worn unevenly. Like previous customers mentioned in other sites -- call backs and follow up customers service is bad or non-existent. Another rushed person and his wife appeared one day (after numerous calls and contacts) and tried to stretch out and fix issues..they too were in a rush.. from conversation with initial installers and this team..installers are paid minimal so rush to do as many jobs as possible..Sad and disappointing. I would NOT recommend Carpet To Go & More.
